Only one waiver per academic year is required. PSU academic year restarts every Fall term.

The Summer waiver deadline ended 07/07/2024. The online waiver system can no longer accept new waiver requests.
In order to complete the online insurance waiver, you must first be registered for the required amount of credits.

There are 3 circumstances in which a J1 or F1 international student may waive out of the PSU Student Health Insurance Plan:
